PRE-ORDER REFUND POLICY
A Pre-Order item(s) is purchased BEFORE availability. Pre-Order listings are NOT ready to ship. Monalisa Candles PRE-ORDERS will not ship till the listed date. The listed date can be found in the descriptions of the product.
Please note each pre-order ending date and estimated shipping time before purchasing your item from Monalisa Candles. Special seasonal pre-orders or custom orders may take longer to ship. To avoid delay in shipping other pre-order sale items and ready-to-ship items, please place each pre-order sale in a separate order. All items placed in the same order are shipped together.
Estimated production time on all Pre-Orders is SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Please DO NOT contact us on the status of your pre-order before the estimated production time listed. You will receive USPS tracking via email once your pre-order items have shipped. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, and we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your specified date.
Pre-orders can have delays. When placing your pre-order, you agree to these terms. DO NOT put in a pre-order if you are unwilling to wait for your item(s) to arrive.

ONLINE ORDERS EXCHANGE AND OR RETURNS POLICY
For all online orders, we have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange you have up to 30-days from the date of purchase to process an exchange. Your exchanging item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange or return, CLICK HERE. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted. Also, the shipping charge could be removed from the associated refund.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
You can always contact us for any return questions on our contact us page. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS *Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), music, photos, digital items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
REFUNDS *We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
