SHIPPING POLICY
We can ship to virtually any address in the world and ship out 5 days a week Tuesday-Saturday. If you place an order before Noon it most likely will ship the same day if not can take up to 48 hours to ship.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations due to the law. Shipping to countries outside of the United States may require customs charges or taxes, as per that country's laws and regulations, that will be the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. More may apply later to cover the cost. All prices are in US Dollars. DO NOT place a pre-order if you need an item by a designated date, and we cannot guarantee the item will arrive by your specified date.

Pre-orders can have delays. When placing your pre-order, you agree to these terms. DO NOT put in a pre-order if you are unwilling to wait for your item(s) to arrive.

ONLINE ORDERS EXCHANGE AND OR RETURNS POLICY
For all online orders, we have a strict 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To be eligible for an exchange you have up to 30-days from the date of purchase to process an exchange. Your exchanging item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  You will be responsible for shipping on all exchanges to and from Monalisa Candles, LLC.

To start an exchange or return, CLICK HERE. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange or return will not be accepted. Also, the shipping charge could be removed from the associated refund.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

You can always contact us for any return questions on our contact us page. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS *Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), music, photos, digital items, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

PRODUCT VARIATION *Because every computer and cellphone monitor/display, give off different light spectrums we cannot be responsible for variations between the actual product color and how it is displayed on your screen. Descriptions of products, including but not limited to colors or shades, textures, and other features are provided by the manufacturer; Monalisa Candles, LLC assumes no liability whatsoever for the description, for variance, including in colors or textures, minor imperfections, and/or for a product not meeting with customer satisfaction, absent a maker-verified defect. Due to many of our products being handmade, some variations are to be expected.
